SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped via USPS within 3 business days. Contact us if you require speedier delivery and we'll work it out. Shipping charges are as stated per item, though there is a discount on shipping fees for multiple items purchased in one order. 

Insurance, tracking information, and delivery confirmation are available upon request and at an additional cost.

RETURNS

In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your item when it arrives, contact us within 3 days to discuss. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what it takes within reason to make it right.

Understand that sizes are stated in each item's description, and that wood grain varies from piece to piece. This is what makes your item unique.

CARE

Wood is a precious material. It is bold and rich, but not indestructible. At 1/8" thick, it must be treated with care - aka don't store your earrings in your jean pockets or at the bottom of your purse. Treat your items with common respect and they will stand the test of time.

All wood pieces are finished with all natural linseed oil. If the surface appears to dull, simply reapply and allow to dry before wearing.

Items made from acrylic may simply be wiped with a wet or soapy cloth.
